About
UX design & AccessibilityOps
I’ve worked in digital for 15 years, across several countries. I’m a French UX designer working with product teams and leading AccessibilityOps for a French insurance company. I seek to normalise accessibility in the industry by amplifying Disabled voices and supporting teams to embed accessibility into their practice.
Before UX, I worked as a film editor — a collaborative craft that taught me how to shape rhythm, structure, and storytelling from many voices, much like designing digital services.
I interview Disabled people to understand their barriers and guide more inclusive design decisions. I also speak regularly at tech events, sharing reflections on accessibility and inclusion.
I'm certified in RGAA accessibility auditing (Access42) and a member of Designers Éthiques, where I train teams in accessible design and build operational tools.
If you’re looking for a speaker or a chat about organisational accessibility practices, please get in touch.
