UX designer leading AccessibilityOps

I’m a French UX designer with 15 years’ experience in digital, including 7 in design. I began designing in the UK, in environments where accessibility was more embedded in product culture than it was in France at the time. That contrast has shaped my work since returning home.

In my current role, I lead AccessibilityOps for an insurer, connecting teams, tools and processes so that accessibility is built into production rather than added at the end. On selected projects, I also help organisations bring the same thinking into their product strategy and design practice.

Before design, I worked in film, editing and photography, often on projects built around interviews. Listening to people and finding a way to tell their stories is a thread I’ve carried into my interviews with Disabled people about digital services — and into the question I keep asking as a designer: whose perspective shapes what we make?

I'm a certified RGAA accessibility auditor and a member of Designers Éthiques, where I train designers and create digital accessibility resources. I also share what I learn through talks, where I occasionally get a little carried away.
